Ingredients
1 pound of fresh salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge salmon in the flour mixture until coated and set aside.
