One of my best buddies in the office is crazy with the Keto diet, he has been coaching us on how to do the Ketogenic diet, and at some point, all of us that are a bit over our ideal weight decided to start.
I do not believe in repetitive menus for diets. Indeed I am sure is one of the main reasons to drop, so I went into research mode to equip myself some yummy recipes.
There are several variations of bread in the Keto cookbook. For most of them, the main ingredient is nuts flour and coconut flour.

Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Mozarella or another melty cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Dry Parsley to sprinkle
