This month was supposed to be the Keto month, but it has turned is the Coronavirus month :-(. Still, here you have another Keto recipe. In this keto Lasagna version, the replacement of the pasta is roasted chicken or turkey slices. The recipe is comforting and despite not having pasta on it is still a decent version of a Lasagna.
The recipe contains a right amount of fat and proteins, but you can top it up with more cheese to increase the fat ratio.
Deliciously cheesy and low carb. Replace the pasta layers with roasted chicken or turkey Slice.
